What we collect

• The names, birth dates, birth times and birth places you enter, to calculate the chart and make the video.
• Your email address, to send you your video link and answer support requests.
• Payment details are collected and processed by Dodo Payments, our merchant of record. We never see or store your card number.

How we use it

Only to produce and deliver your order and to help you if something goes wrong. Birth details are passed to our video-generation software (including AI language and voice models) for this purpose. Place names are looked up with the Open-Meteo geocoding service to find coordinates and the time zone.

We do not sell your data and we do not use your video for advertising without your permission.

How long we keep it

Order details and videos are kept for up to 90 days after delivery, then deleted, except records we must keep for accounting.

Your rights

You can ask us to see, correct or delete your data at any time: [email protected].
