Refund Policy

Your video is a personalised digital product made just for you, so we cannot take it back once it is delivered. But we want you to love it:

• Not delivered within 24 hours: full refund on request.
• Technical problem (video won't play, wrong name, missing sound): we re-make it for free, or refund you if we can't fix it.
• Wrong details entered by mistake: write to us within 24 hours and we will make it again with the correct details once, free of charge.
• Not satisfied for another reason: write to us within 7 days and tell us why; we review every request fairly.
