Terms of Service
Last updated: October 25, 2026
These terms apply to ZodiaClip (zodiaclip.com). By ordering you agree to them.
What you buy
ZodiaClip creates a personalised, automatically generated video of about 60 seconds based on the name and birth details you provide. Planet positions are calculated with an astronomical ephemeris; the text, voice-over and animation are produced by software, including AI, without a live human reader.
Entertainment only
Our videos are for entertainment and self-reflection. They do not predict future events and are not medical, psychological, legal, financial or any other professional advice. Do not make important decisions based on them.
Your details
You confirm that the details you enter are yours, or that you have the other person's permission to use their name and birth details (for example for a gift). Do not enter offensive names or text; such orders may be refunded and not produced.
Payment
Payments are processed by our merchant of record, Dodo Payments, which handles billing, taxes and receipts. Prices are shown before checkout.
Delivery
After payment your video is produced automatically, usually within about 20 minutes and in rare busy times within 24 hours. It is delivered on a private page whose link we show you and email to you. Anyone with the link can view the video, so share it only as you wish. Videos may be deleted from our servers 90 days after delivery, so please download yours.
Use of the video
You may keep, download and share your video for personal, non-commercial use, including on social media.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.
